        When will my order be shipped?

        Orders with standard shipping option are normally processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days.

        All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on the following Monday.

        Standard Delivery:

        Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in twelve (12) to twenty (20) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States.

We also offer free shipping on all our products to most destinations through Standard Shipping. The shipping time however differs from country to country.           Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

          Expedited shipping is available via email and an exact quote for shipping will be provided by our customer service representative. Please send us the names of your items and shipping address at info@offerfactor.com and our representative will get back to you with the right quote for you.

          How can I track my order?

          When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please visit https://www.usps.com/ for tracking information. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.

          Will there be taxes and duties due when I receive my package?

          Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
